Gas or Wood Fireplace Rough-In Installation:

The Firebird will place the fireplace.
The Firebird will connect chimney materials from the fireplace and to the outside termination cap.
The Firebird will secure chimney materials inside of chase to prevent rattling or loud vibrations.
Builder will be responsible for roof penetration and roof sealing when applicable.
The Firebird will do a non-permeant seal around roof flashing with pipe.
Builder will be responsible to ensure roof around roof flashing, and chimney pipe is fully watertight.
The Firebird will verify chimney heights, and clearance to combustibles when applicable.
Builder will be responsible for gas connection to fireplace when applicable.
Builder will be responsible for electrical provided to location of fireplace when applicable
Builder will be responsible for framing and finish work.
The Firebird will charge for any additional time that is outside the scope of this work outlined above when applicable.
The Firebird will charge for any additional materials that may be required when applicable. This may include but not limited to; specialized roofing sealant, various screws, metal screws, additional chimney lengths, and miscellaneous construction materials.
